MYAIAC.US General Terms of Use

AIAC Service srl Unipersonale (hereinafter "AIAC Service") through the portal MYAIAC.US and related sites, blogs, and social channels (hereinafter, collectively, the "Site") offers news, content, information, and opportunities for interaction in relation to its institutional activity. These general terms of use of the Site (the "General Terms") constitute the set of rules governing access to the Site and its use, in addition to the rules of specific social networks, platforms, or applications through which Service may offer its content.

General Information

Access to the Site presupposes knowledge of the General Terms and acceptance of the same. These General Terms are valid and effective for any visitor to the Site (the "User") and particularly for those who register on the Site to use the online services offered therein (the "Services"). When visiting the Site and using the Services, the User must comply with these General Terms. Users are responsible for any violations of the law or the General Terms.

Rights to the Site and Related Content

The Site is owned by AIAC Service. All rights are reserved. The name and registered trademark AIAC Service are distinctive marks whose use is only permitted with the written consent of AIAC Service. The Site may also feature registered trademarks of entities other than AIAC Service, but used by AIAC Service with the authorization of the respective owners or as a simple indication of their products or services.

Unless otherwise and expressly stated, images, photographs, texts, animated sequences, audio or video, and generally any data, information, or material made available on the Site (the "Content"), as well as the design, graphical layout, technological and operational setup of the Site, are the property of AIAC Service or third parties who have authorized AIAC Service to use them.

Reproduction, imitation, or any use of the Content or trademarks without obtaining authorization from AIAC Service or the respective owners is unlawful and may be prosecuted under the law.

If the ownership of the Content or trademarks is not indicated or is incorrectly credited, AIAC Service declares its willingness to integrate or correct the information provided upon the proven request of the owner or their representative.

The Content and all other information on the Site are provided "as is". AIAC Service does not provide any warranties of any kind concerning the Content, the Site, or its operation. While it believes that the Content is accurate, complete, and up to date, AIAC Service makes no guarantees as to the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the information accessible through the Site.

The User must use the Content in accordance with these General Terms. The reproduction of the Site and its elements on paper or digital media is permitted, provided that such reproduction is strictly limited to personal use, excluding any other use, especially for advertising and commercial purposes. The User may not collect, modify, process, copy, record, distribute, transmit, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works, transfer or sell data, information, software, products, or applications found on the Site. Except for reproductions allowed for personal use, any use, reproduction, or modification of all or part of the Site or Content without prior written authorization from AIAC Service is prohibited and constitutes an offense under Art. 171 ter of Law 633/1941 or Art. 473 of the Italian Penal Code.

The User agrees not to access or attempt to access AIAC Service's servers by means other than normal browser connection.

Personal Data and Other Data

Users can browse the Site without revealing their identity or providing any personal information. However, if the User wishes to use specific Services, they may be required to register, providing some personal data by filling out specific forms. The data provided will be processed in compliance with legal provisions, as indicated in the privacy policies that AIAC Service makes available here. Registration on the Site is reserved for adult users and minors who have obtained parental consent.

The User may freely subscribe to the newsletter and unsubscribe at any time by following the instructions and clicking on the appropriate link indicated in the newsletter text.

Except for some explicit exceptions, AIAC Service does not require Users to reveal their age and cannot verify Users' ages. Therefore, AIAC Service invites Users under 18 not to register without parental consent, reserving the right to block access to the Site or Services for any User who does not comply with the General Terms or has provided personal data without valid consent under the law.

User ID and Password Management

To use certain Services, the User must first register on the Site by providing personal data.

The User agrees to provide updated, complete, and truthful data under their own responsibility, which will be processed by AIAC Service as described in the relevant privacy policy. During the registration process, the User may be required to choose a user ID and password.

The User acknowledges that they are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their user ID and password, which cannot be transferred or used by third parties. The User agrees to immediately inform AIAC Service in case of loss or unauthorized use of their login credentials and remains responsible for any access to the Site and use of the Services made using their user ID and password.

AIAC Service cannot be held liable for any damages resulting from or related to failure to comply with these obligations.

AIAC Service reserves the right to cancel the accounts of registered Users who do not comply with these General Terms, without the User being entitled to any compensation.

Linking

Anyone may activate a hyperlink to the Site provided that it is not contained in contexts that are offensive or detrimental to the image and rights of AIAC Service, Users, registered parties, affiliates, employees, and collaborators of AIAC Service.

In no case is AIAC Service responsible for the content of websites that link to the Site.

The Site may contain links to other websites, including in the form of banners or other types of advertising. AIAC Service exercises no control over third-party banners, advertisements, and websites, and therefore declines all responsibility for damages, claims, or losses, direct or indirect, arising from the content of banners or advertisements, as well as from consulting, viewing, or operating websites accessed through such links and the information contained therein.

Limitation of Liability

The User uses the Site at their own risk. In no case, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence, can AIAC Service be held liable for damages, direct or indirect, resulting from access to or use of the Site. AIAC Service reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate access to the Site or Services at any time and without prior notice to all Users or to those Users who have violated the General Terms.

Applicable Law

These General Terms are governed by Italian law and must be interpreted exclusively under the same. Any disputes arising from these General Terms, including those relating to its validity, interpretation, execution, and termination, will be under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Florence.

Updating the General Terms

AIAC Service reserves the right to modify these General Terms without notice or other formalities. If any part of these General Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining part will remain fully valid and effective. By using the Site, the User agrees to be bound by such modifications and is responsible for periodically consulting this document online to review the General Terms in effect at any given time.
